For 2015, we have adopted the theme "Exposures in an Evolving Environment." We would like to actively incorporate this theme in an integrated program and ask for your cooperation. Consider the following example. We expect to receive a proposal for a symposium on drought and pathogen exposures in the Southwest. We have asked the organizers to lead off with a first talk that describes this concept and what it means to the field of exposure science.

Symposium Proposal Requirements
The proposal should address each of the following elements:

a. Symposium topic.
b. Symposium organizer name, affiliation, and contact information.
c. Symposium overall abstract (approximately 300 words)
d. Symposium speakers, including affiliation, and presentation title, and short description of the presentation. Session lengths will permit 3 (in 60 minutes) or 5 (in 90 minutes) talks. All parallel sessions will be run on the same schedule to permit session-hopping. Please propose accordingly. Symposia can exceed 3 or 5 talks in increments of 3 or 5. (A panel discussion can take the place of a last talk.) The number of talks proposed may influence times and days of the week symposia are scheduled.
e.  Relationship(s) between the presentations

Symposia proposals acceptance will be based on adherence to the conference theme and quality of the proposed presentations.  Detailed instructions and criteria for review of proposals are available on the 2015 meeting site at http://www.ises2015.org/callforsymposia.html.

The deadline for proposal submission is now January 16, 2015.
